Brett Eldredge is very health conscience, even when he is on tour. “I try to be very disciplined when I’m on the road,” Eldredge said, referring his diet.
Instead of drinking alcohol, and eating fast food, Eldredge prefers plant based foods, and smoothies. “I’ll start with a protein shake mix, add in a little peanut butter powder, a banana, blueberries, and some almond milk,” said Eldredge. When there are catered meals, Eldredge opts for grilled chicken breast, and salads with couscous, quinoa and kale. Sometimes he even goes to the extreme and eats his salsa without the tortilla chips, and with a fork.
Eating healthy while on tour may be tough. But Brett Eldredge has it down to a science.
