Miranda Lambert is headed for the big screen. In addition to making music, she is working on a feature film called Something in the Water. Miranda will oversee the film’s musical curation, by working as the executive music producer. She will also be writing an original song for the movie’s soundtrack.
The movie will follow five Southern women who challenge their men to a bass fishing competition. Production for the film will take start in Nashville later this year.
